Localização excelente, perto de tudo. Apartamento bem compacto. Prédio tranquilo. O anfitrião atendeu todas nossas solicitações com muita educação. Indico.

Really cozy, compact, and a pretty good location with a large supermarket and tons of restaurants and bars nearby. Also there are a few bus stations close. The place was clean, it has a fan, and it has stuff in the kitchen like drinks and snacks you can buy. The owner guy is really nice and he is available to any questions, I didn't understand how to use the shower and he helped me right away. Kitchen is rather equiped and has induction cooktop and a washing machine. Very good for anyone seeking a private place with a relatively good price.
The kitchen could use a few more stuff, mainly a good knife. Also note that the apartment and especially bed is quite small, which is a problem if you are a couple (I wasn't so I enjoyed it). The washing machine area is a bit dirty at the back but nothing major.
