Am sosit la apartanentul "Moderne & Confortable, Au coeur de Rouen" la ora stabilită cu proprietarul, între orele 16-17.
Apartamentul este situat la parterul unei case.
Intrarea în apartament se face printr-un gang, care arată deplorabil, geamurile sunt murdare, iar pe fațada casei sunt cabluri care atârnă.
La intrare în locație se simțea un miros urât, de toaletă. Am constatat că vasul de WC și capacul erau murdare, ca și cum au fost folosite și necurățate.
Am constatat că se intra direct în camera de zi, care ate rolul și de cameră, și de bucătărie și de loc de luat masa. Tot aici exista o canapea extensibilă, pătată, care avea prea puțin spațiu pentru a putea fi extinsă. Deși am rezervat pentru patru persoane, canapeaua nu era extinsă și nu avea nici lenjerie pusă pe ea.
Dormitorul era delimitat prin niște panouri din lemn cu grilaj. Patul din dormitor avea lenjeria murdară, cearșaful de pat scămoșat și cutat și părea folosit, fețele de pernă pătate, iar pernele murdare.
Frigiderul avea un miros dezagreabil, plita electrică era murdară, stropită cu grăsime, cuptorul cu microunde și cafetiera erau și ele murdare.
Pardoseala nu era curățată, iar la colțuri era praf. Covoarele erau murdare, nu se aspirase și nici nu se ștergere pe jos.
Am sunat la proprietar și, cred că, și administrator, deoarece erau două numere de telefon pe Booking, și la niciunul nu mi s-a răspuns.
Am contactat serviciul de suport clienți de la Booking și am raportat ceea ce am găsit la locație. Booking a luat legătura cu proprietarul, care a motivat că echipa de curățenie nu a trecut în ziua respectivă să facă curățenie și că ne vor rambursa bani, pe care îi vom primi între 7-12 zile. În cazul în care eu am plătit rezervarea în avans, ce puteam să fac la ora 19, într-un oraș străin, la aproape 3000 km de casă, fără cazare și fără banii pe care i-am dat?
