Posizione strategica sia per la spiaggia di Sao Rafael (5 min a piedi), sia per la piscina del comprensorio molto comoda e piacevole di ritorno dalle gite.
Anche il vicino ristorante (sempre raggiungibile a piedi)
Casa molto fresca benché senza condizionatori
L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione e una sana "rinfrescata" (soprattutto il bagno con chiari segni di umidità e infiltrazioni su muri e soffitto molto evidenti).
Alcune lampadine da sostituire
Un televisore inutile in camera matrimoniale senza possibilità di collegamento a nessuna presa elettrica e nessuna antenna
Abbiamo avuto per due volte una vera invasione di formiche senza capire da dove arrivassero

Pool was the highlight of the stay. Within a few minutes walk, but it’s not your private pool. It’s a communal pool shared by people staying in the complex. The info on the page reads as it’s your own private pool. Needs amending.
No information at all, no welcome pack just a code sent to open the key lock. I had to ask for WiFi code. No information on using the pool. We stumbled on the central office to get cards that you had to show to enter pool. Dirty cutlery, and in the bathroom there was mould. On the last day asked if it was possible to have a late checkout, I’m still waiting for a reply now, 5 days after checking out.
