The place is very big and very affordable. The staff was very quick with message replies. Its 10 meters from the city center. Since its on the top floor of the building, its very quiet and theres a lift. There street parking is also 10m from the place which is free during the weekend. There are 24h stores nearby. The couch is fairly comfy and theres clean linen for everything. Theres a working ac and washing machine
There's a broken chair in the main bedroom and the cups were a bit dirty.

Nice-looking, spacious, clear instructions, friendly communication, nice view from bedroom
Only 1 lamp in living room, no atmospheric lights, aircon in living room only, no curtains in kitchen, need window screens for flies (many pigeons around), online registration complicated and I got stuck, some emails sent outside booking.com
