The location is very good and central without being close to the main street so that it stays quite at night. There's a side street very close that would take you straight to the main street in Kuta. The owner is around pretty often and is a super nice person to hang out with. I used Google Translator to communicate with him. A/C works very well. Shower has hot water and the water flow is excellent. There's a refrigerator that I didn't get to use but was there. Mattress is very comfortable. There's a very useful desk with a chair where I left my laptop opene on it the whole time. Internet works very well and with excellent performance. Look at the Speedtest screenshot. There are many power recepticals all over the property. The closet had a good number of hangers and was perfect to hold all my belongings. The bathroom is huge. Even the patio is bigger than usual. There's a big wooden stay to use to let towels and swim trunk dry up outside on the patio.
Looking forward to stay again.
I can't really find anything I did not like.

Location, hot water heavy waterflow shower, a/c unit, comfortable bed, powerful wi-fi.
Nothing not to like about it.
