The location was about a 15 to 20 mins walk from Hakata station, you can choose to walk the quieter routes for less human traffic if you have big luggages. If not, you could take the city bus 39/37 from the domestic airport at Fukuoka, the bus-stops right at the entrance of the apartment. There is a small walkway between two buildings to cut the trip short so you won't have to make the whole round to get the the entrance.
The apartment was comfortable enough for 3 adults with medium size luggages, we stayed about 6 nights, and never once felt that the space was too small for anything.
The view from the apartment is a real treat, from the bedroom balcony, you get to see the sun rising and from the entrance of the apartment you get to see the sun setting. Overall, the apartment is a great stay.
The bed under the blanket and the blanket could be clean slightly better, my friend found some hair stuck onto them. It wasn't a huge deal but would be nice to there was more attention paid there. There was also quite little plastic bags around the house, if there was an excess number of trash, it made it hard to maintain.

The staff is kind and replay very soon. The place is just like the photo. There’s CVS cross the road and it’s convenient.
The bed is a little sagging in the living room.

The property is big, comfortable for 4 people. The place is clean and walkable distance. The surrounding is quiet with convenient store across the street.
There’s only 3 mirrors, one in bathroom, one in front and one at the shoes cabinet which is too dark for getting ready. A little bit far from the station if you travel with luggage.
