We loved almost everything about our stay. The ocean view was absolutely perfect and brought smiles to our faces from the moment we arrived — it made the trip special for me and my wife. The property is excellent and we’ll definitely be returning next year. The only drawback was an issue that occurred twice with food ordering/timing; otherwise the experience was fantastic. Overall we’d rate the hotel 9.7 out of 10.
On 9/3/2026 we placed a dinner order for five at 8:45 PM and did not receive the food until about 10:00 PM. The order arrived incorrect, and staff were unsure whether the item listed as “gluten-free” on the menu actually was. This caused significant inconvenience. On 9/4/2026, while at the rooftop pool we ordered food around 3:30 PM because we wanted to make sure we had enough room for the Friday night fish fry (that started around 7 or 8 pm) and the pool closed at 5:00 PM. Our food did not arrive until after 5:00 PM, by which time the pool had already closed. We had to go downstairs to place and received the order; the order was for only four people. These delays and the incorrect/allergy-related uncertainty are unacceptable. We expect timely service and accurate information about ingredients, especially for dietary needs. Please advise what steps you will take to prevent this from happening to future guests. You have a great Hotel for your food service to drop your rating because it take so long for guest to received their food.

Excellent service, great location, new and clean. Ocean views are great.
Breakfast is a repetitive so not worth adding onto your stay. There are plenty of options within a walkable distance along the Boardwalk
