Newly built. Text messaging from staff was nice. Food was great!
Shower floor was slippery. Had to catch myself a few times and be extra cautious. Otherwise, I would have slipped in the shower. Not sure if because it is newly built, or the cleanser they use is too slippery.

The facilities from the room to the gym, pool, and dining area were all very clean. All the staff I interacted with were friendly whether cleaning staff or front desk. It was a busier weekend with Labor Day weekend - there was a wedding party and lots of families but it never seemed noisy anywhere whether in my room or at the pool. My room had a great kitchen and having the mall nearby was nice to walk to.
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. I found my stay to be very enjoyable and there were no hiccups. If I had pull something out, the parking lot was quite busy with Labor Day weekend so I had to park a little far away but it was seriously not a big deal at all.

The breakfast was great, but didn't realize that it ended at 9am on weekdays. The hotel was beautiful and next to the mall. Plenty of parking, easy to find and you have to request a view of Mount Rainer!
