Honestly, the parking. Valet as the only option is less than ideal but that would be my only complaint

A coffee shop and a couple of restaurants are in the parking lot which is very convenient if you don't want to drive. The parking lot also has a path onto the town's central nature trail leading into a wonderful park.

Very tiny bedroom, it was ok for 1 person but would have felt very cramped for 2. Understaffed; the one person working the front desk has to also run back to the kitchen and make the food if you order any. No breakfast included as advertised in the app; just free drip coffee. The lobby couches area is freezing, has bad lighting, and the music is WAY too loud; it makes you not want to hang out there, which is a real shame because the bedroom is too small to hang out in, yet the lobby is very uncomfortable to be in. There's no really comfortable place, just go outside.

Finding out upon arrival that it’s $30 a day for valet parking or $10 from 8pm-8am was ridiculous. I’ve stayed in many major metropolitan areas across the country and abroad and I’ve never seen parking fees like that. Let some in Fayetteville Arkansas. On top of that, checking in at night was a little challenging. Walking in the front leads you straight to the bar where the music was extremely loud. I walked around the room looking for a check in desk only to find out you check in at the bar. That’s convenient if the bar isn’t busy, but they were and I had to wait. Not a great concept in my opinion. The room was very small. They need black out curtains.
