Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the service was outstanding. Special thanks to Ms. Auntim, Islem, and the entire team—everyone was genuinely kind, professional, and helpful, and one team member kindly arranged a late checkout until 3:00 PM with remarkable ease. They truly deserve recognition and appreciation.
Everything during our stay was excellent. Our only disappointment was that the stay ended too soon because we genuinely enjoyed every moment at the hotel.

Location
Bad scent at the reception, I think the carpet just near the reception desk needs to be cleaned.
Also bad scent from the floor where my room was available.
I have an access for executive lounge, but my name was not listed there until I made it myself after a very strange communication manner from the executive front desk receptionist.
I requested winter blankets to my room but unfortunately they advised me that this option is not available, which assumed a very strange situation from my point of view that a 5 stars hotel is not having such items specially during winter season knowing the fact that their AC is not equipped with heating mode. The consequence of that was my childrens felt cold whilst sleeping among the whole week of my stay there.
Breakfast has limited options and the orange juice is not a fresh orange juice and was not cool enough to be presented.
The breakfast service staff were very helpful and they showed a nice hospitality, but they need someone to lead them in a better and more efficient way.
The breakfast restaurant has amazing sea view but unfortunately without curtains, so the sun remains annoying your eyes whilst enjoying the sea view in morning time.
