My stay completely exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always smiling, and they were willing to help with any request you had. They speak English at an advanced level, very clearly and fluently. As for the rooms, they were extremely clean, and the view was absolutely beautiful, with large windows! No matter how hard you try to find a downside to this hotel, there really is nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it!

This apart-hotel is a gem!
To begin with, the location is superb: just a 6-minute walk to / from the Jinjiang Hotel (Line 1) metro station and a 20-minute walk from IFS & Taikoo Li shopping districts. There are numerous cafés, restaurants & street food stalls in between, including Lawson, 7/11, & Family Mart convenience stores. On top of that, the apart-hotel is opposite COSMO with its European cuisine venues if you feel like eating internationally.
Secondly, the staff is super professional, friendly, & helpful. Not only are they great at keeping the place neat & clean, but also ready to give you a hand with booking / buying tickets via WeChat or register at SichuanAirlines app. The reception is accessible 24/7 & provides bottled drinking water, detergents, tableware, & cutlery right off the bat. For free and without limits.
The apartment itself is clean, modern, & totally comfy! The bed is anatomical. Towels & bed linens are prestine. The room service is regular & professional. The bird's-eye view from the windows is a nice bonus.
Definitely staying here next time.
