Flat was very clean, lovely decorated and comfortable. Great bed with luxurioius bedding. Kitchen was well stocked. The tram just outside the building made it easy to get downtown. There is a nice view of the ferris wheel at night. I highly recommend this place.
It is a bit noisy when the windows are open because of the construction and tram but once the window and door to the balcony was closed, it was very quiet.

This is a huge appartment at a nice place in Melbourne. Access was easy.
When we arrived, the cleaning was still going on. The house has not been taken care for for quite some time and there was quite a mess. There was nothing - very few dishes, not even salt etc. The property charged us as did booking.com - we eventually got the money back but it was unpleasant to have to ask for it.

Location is the best!
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the accommodation was far below our expectations. Both toilets were still visibly soiled, with faecal residue left in the toilet bowls. The floors throughout the entire house appeared not to have been mopped and were extremely dirty. The surfaces of the tables were also sticky and unclean.
Overall, the condition of the accommodation was unhygienic and not suitable for a family with young children. We were very disappointed with the level of cleanliness upon arrival and feel that the property should have been properly cleaned and inspected before allowing guests to check in.
