The location was very good for meeting Ubers to get to/from our destinations. We weren't more than a few miles from anything we were planning to see. We were VERY lucky and snagged a parking space right across from the apartment so, due to the days we were there (Friday thru Tuesday) we didn't have to move our car at any point. It's $20 per day for a parking permit and was well worth it. If we had been there on a Wed. or Thursday, we would have had to move the car for street sweeping.
Most of the rooms didn't look like the online pictures. We were a little taken aback at first but adjusted. Unfortunately the temp was set to 80 when we arrived so it was hot and musty inside. It's a fairly damp apartment so the dehumifier had to run a lot, and the A/C ran constantly since it was hot and muggy outside too. The kitchen and bathrooms are good - great showers. The living room doesn't lend itself to sitting and watching TV comfortably but there are TVs in both bedrooms so no issue. I'd recomend it to anyone who wants a good location and plans to take taxis or Ubers.

Location was great
Bed was too hard for me. Coffee maker didn’t work which is important to me. And front bathroom had missing door handle on inside and I was unable to open it without another person in the apartment. Also a bad smell in the kitchen.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und man hat viel Platz. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer machen den Aufenthalt sehr entspannt. Wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt kann man dem Treiben auf der Rhode Island Avenue zusehen. Direkt vor der Tür sind die Bushaltestellen für die Linie D32 und D30 zu finden. Mit dem D32 gelangt man in 25 Minuten zur zentralen Metrostation "Metro Central". Mit dem D30 kommt man recht dicht an das Capitol heran.
In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt in Washington DC so braucht um gut durch den Tag zu kommen und abends wieder Energie zu tanken.
Bei Rückfragen zur Wohnung wird einem sofort geholfen! Sehr gut.
Es gibt nur einen kleinen Wermutstropfen. Und das ist die Lage nicht weit weg vom Krankenhaus. Es fahren viele Fahrzeuge mit Blaulicht und Alarm vorbei und auch Helikopter kommen zum Einsatz. Das ist dann entsprechend laut. Aber dafür kann die Wohnung ja nichts :)
