The staff were VERY friendly and helpful, even arranging "breakfast" at midnight before I had to leave for the airport. Hot water was VERY hot. They provided excellent soap and toothbrush and toothpaste all of which I didn't need so didn't use. There was a very good closet. It's fairly close to the Nairobi National Park which is why I chose it.
On the door there were lovely holders for extra toilet paper but no holder near the toilet, and no water-spray for toilet use. The room was up two flights of stairs (though staff helped me with luggage up and down). The cold water handle in the shower was loose. Trivial: the door to the room stuck hard. Google Maps showed a route in that was blocked, though I've notified Google, maybe they'll change that.

The gate was still closed in the morning…..we need to call the staffs to open the gate for us
