O tamanho e limpeza do apartamento estavam impecáveis. Roupa de cama e toalha limpas e lavadas. Ar condicionados funcionando e gelando.
Único problema para mim foram as televisões que não estavam funcionando perfeitamente. Ligava porém era difícil de acessar os streaming.

Ambiente limpo e organizado. Tinha tudo o que precisavamos, panelas talheres, copos, toalhas. A vista é maravilhosa e o ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente, assim como a TV. A cama é confortável e tinha várias almofadas e confortáveis travesseiros. A experiência foi ótima
O chuveiro é confuso, não conseguimos ajeitar para tomar banho quente de primeira e a água demorou para esquentar. As pilhas dos controles não estavam funcionando e tivemos que trocar de um para outro para ligar a TV e usá-la.

Facilidade de acesso ao check in, nenhuma burocracia e tranquilidade na estadia.
Sugiro ao gerente, a substituição dos controles de tv por novos. A hospedagem é excelente, mas na hora de usar os controles é um Deus nos acuda e acaba deixando a gente numa raiva lascada. Certamente hóspedes anteriores fizeram mal uso dos mesmos.
Sugiro também a troca do assento do vazo sanitário devido ao cheiro forte de urina no mesmo.

Easy check-in and a beautiful, new building with great views.
The listing advertises "free toiletries," but there were none: no shampoo, no body wash, no hand soap. Also no paper towels in the kitchen (just a single hand towel in the bathroom). The kitchen sink handle had fallen off before we arrived, and there was no way to refasten it. We checked in late after a long day of travel and had nothing to wash up with. The apartment also wasn't as clean as the photos suggest. For a place marketed as fully equipped, these were significant gaps. Nice-looking space, but missing the basics.
