There are 4 flights of stairs - don’t stay unless you are young and fit to carry your luggage up and down

We didn’t end up staying at the property.

The description for this property, does not include that there are 4 flights of stairs and no lift. We didn’t find this out until we received the access information for this unit. My husband is 72 and I’m not that much younger, and we know that it would not be possible for us to carry our luggage up and down. We have done this with 2 flights of stairs and found it challenging - so this many flights was definitely out of the question and could have been dangerous for us to try. I contacted the property and there were no options provided for us. I asked for a refund based on the fact that the information about the flights of stairs was not provided prior to the day of accessing the property. This request was denied. I requested a refund for at least the cleaning fee, and was curtly responded to as they had denied the original request.
