A charming place surrounded by beautiful nature. The room was clean, cozy, and well-prepared with everything we needed. We really enjoyed having breakfast outdoors and using the barbecue area. There is also a pool available for an extra fee. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!
Early in the morning (around 5–6 AM), several trucks passed by on the uphill road right next to the windows, which was quite noisy. However, despite this minor drawback, we still had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied overall.

The pool is amazing. The ambiance is wonderful and our owners were the nicest people ever. We loved our stay at Areni vista guesthouse, and we loved Areni in general. it was so fun and lovely. If I ever come back, I will definitely come back to Areni and stay here. ♥️
Nothing, everything was perfect and we had everything that we needed.

Great location with a lot to visit. The caves are nearby and there are many trails around if you like hiking like we do. There is grocery shop and many vegetables and fruit stands in the town.
The apartment is newly built and very nice. Private parking on site is convenient.
Overall we felt safe in this area.
Though it wasn’t mentioned in the listing (and it still is not) we were asked to pay extra fee of 8000 AMD for using the pool. If we knew we would choose another apartment in the town.
The bedroom is situated literally couple feet away from main street and the noise of lorries going uphill is unbearable with open window.
There is no sealing under the door so you share the apartment with ants.
Electricity shut down for almost a whole day and sadly everything in the apartment is powered by it.
