The whole modern feel, the attention to detail like light under the beds, plenty of power plugs just by the beds, controllable light, good chairs, great shower room, seperate refrigerator and freezer. It felt like a modern apartment, and not a hotel room.
Also very close to transport and tons of shops, restaurants, and experiences.
It wasn't very sound proof. The trains could be heard, and we could hear people smack ming their car doors, and when they came in. We could not hear rhem in their own rooms though, which was great.
Also, we stayed in the Tsuki room, and the flashing commercial sign right outside our window disturbed my friend a few times when he tried falling to sleep.
