We stayed in a double room on the upper floor of the main building which was moderately spacious with a lounge and kitchen area in the same building which was very good. (There seems to be a number of room/price options at this place so you need to check carefully that what you are booking is what you want).
A very nice breakfast (starting at 8am) was included at Sparkys Cafe which is a few minutes walk away; again, not certain that this is included in all accommodation options.
Easy walk from ferry and downtown - about 7-8 minutes. About 6 minutes to a 7-Eleven if you need any supplies.

One of the few spots left on the island. E bike available
Very very basic, breakfast consists of a slice of white toast bread and jam, curtains that do not block the big light bulb from outside and the most expensive hotel I stayed in during my entire japan trip.
