Grande delusione

La posizione

L annuncio era ingannevole. Riportava 4 letti. Invece i letti erano 2 (uno matrimoniale e uno da una piazza e mezza scarsa). In soggiorno c'era un divano scomodo (non era un divano letto). Noi eravamo in 3. Uno ha dovuto dormire in soggiorno. O meglio ci ha provato. Divano piccolissimo, scomodo e alle 5 entrava tantissima luce ( tende insufficienti). L host comunicava solo con whatsapp con bassissima reattività. Non si è mai fatto vivo di persona. L ANNUNCIO DICEVA CHE NON SI POTEVA PAGARE IN CONTANTI INVECE SIAMO STATI OBBLIGATI A PAGARE CASH. Con un modo stranissimo. L host non si è degnato nemmeno di venire a prendere i soldi. Ci ha obbligato a mettere i soldo in una cassetta in casa(oltre 900 dinari). Ci ha costretto a fare un video di noi che mettevamo i soldi (zero privacy..). Solo l ultima mattina è diventata insistente e pressante richiedendo questo video di prova con tantissimi messaggi. Non siamo riusciti a fare colazione in pace. Il palazzo era mal abitato e sporco nelle parti comuni. C era confusione anche di notte. L ascensore non funzionava (casa al terzo piano) La caldaia era rotta abbiamo chiesto aiuto ma il problema non è stato risolto. Siamo stati in casa fino alle 11.30 del mattino. Tutti spariti. Poi alle 15.30 ci arriva un messaggio dicendo che una persona è venuta 2 volte...che modo è? Non ci si deve mettere d accordo su un orario? Non so avvisa prima di andare? La gente in vacanza sta tutto il giorno a casa per aspettare un tecnico? Prezzo carissimo rispetto ai reali servizi chiederò a booking un rimborso.
