Even though the place was a bit remote and getting transportation was challenging, the locals were exceptionally warm and kind. They helped us with transportation and everything we needed. I even had an incident where I forgot my phone in a local grocery store, and everyone in the village joined us in looking for it. They kept reassuring us, saying, "Nothing gets lost in our village," and indeed, it was found in the store and safely returned to me. It is truly a place of pure peace and safety. Experiencing Mount Batur and the hot springs was wonderful, and our hosts provided us with an amazing offer. It genuinely felt like being surrounded by family, love, and peace. I truly hope to see their place become a prominent landmark in the region—they deserve all the support.

The service was excellent. Mr. Wayan was very helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were great and the location of the hotel was close to Mount Batur. Overall, everything was great. I will definitely stay here again when in Bali.
The road is still dirty, but the Gojek vehicle we are riding in can still pass it.
