Ubicación buena, atención del personal muy buena, en el desayuno muy buena atención.
No me gustó, realmente, tenían el cuarto de baño con falla y no ofrecieron el cambio de habitación pese a reportarlo al ingresar a la habitación, es decir, al instalarme. La ducha muy dispersa, el agua no caía totalmente, sino muy disperso.

Lo mejor del hotel fue un personal súper amable que en todo momento se preocupó por hacer nuestra estancia lo más cómoda posible.
El edificio es muy bonito, pero necesita una renovación de las instalaciones.
Excelente relación calidad precio.

El hotel tiene una ubicación muy buena, próximo ala Casa de la Moneda de Potosí. El desayuno es tipo bufet, continental y se sirve en el patio-comedor que también hace las veces de restaurante.
La limpieza del cuarto, encontré pelos en la colcha y almohada, cuando la habitación debería estar aseada para el nuevo cliente. No obstante, tengo que decir que cuando solicité cambio de toallas o jabón me los dieron sin ningún problema.
