The location is great, with many restaurants and bars nearby offering a lively atmosphere and options for different budgets. It is easy to walk around the area and overall it felt relatively safe.
The common areas of the complex are decent and generally clean, and the building itself seems safe.
The advertised pool as a private pool is actually a shared pool for the complex, and during my stay the water was green and not particularly inviting.
The apartment is nicely decorated and equipped with the basic appliances you might need. The open-plan kitchen, bedroom, and living area are functional, and the bathroom is well fitted.
The main issue is that the apartment was advertised as having a balcony, which was one of the reasons I chose it. In reality there is no balcony at all, only two windows. One large window faces another apartment less than two meters away and the hallway where people frequently pass by, which means the curtains need to remain closed most of the time to maintain privacy. There is also a smaller window located inside the sleeping area that provides some natural light.
Overall, the apartment itself is acceptable, but the listing description regarding the balcony and the “private pool” does not accurately reflect what is actually provided.
