For the cheap price everything is ok : clean room and one clean bathroom for maximum 4 rooms, fan in the room , towel, soap, toilet paper, free drinkable water, good location if you're interested for the train or the port. I recommend it if you use to simple accomodation. No bed sheet but it's ok because it's warm in the room.
Can be noisy because it's central (road + mosque) but it's ok

Very affordable and close to everything. Really all that you need in a basic hostel.
The bathroom was … underinvested. Room was hot and stuffy during the day.
