The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring Ayutthaya
There was nothing I disliked during my stay. Everything was well arranged and met my expectations.

Comfortable beds, very clean, some of the tech features were ok. Provision of dressing gowns and slippers. Good shower and provision of high quality shampoos etc.
It's really only designed for Chinese coach parties. Every table including outside was taken by coach party at breakfast. Very little western choice for breakfast. No restaurant or other facilities. Pool packed and few sunbeds.Workmen spitting out side our garden area. Restaurant staff smoking at back of restaurant.
Room was high tech but hard to see how to work everything. Loo also high tech but facing into room- little privacy. Very noisy from other rooms and corridor.
The hotel isn't finished and it takes 30 minutes to drive into Ayutthaya.

New, modern, clean, and well-maintained hotel.
The bedroom was soacious, comfortable with good amenities (USB ports, rain shower, smart lighting).
I liked the swimming pool and quiet surroundings but too many mosquitoes in the evening.
Efficient check-in and polite staff.
Good breakfast variety with both Thai and Chinese options.
I didn’t like the cold, impersonal atmosphere, the Chinese management not very welcoming.
Isolated location with no shops or restaurants nearby.
No lunch or dinner service at the hotel. Not even snacks or drinks at the pool or extra towels.
Breakfast quality average; drinks and pastries could be better.
Cash deposit required at check-in.
Mosquitoes and occasional noise from other rooms.
Weak Wi-Fi and limited TV signal at times.
