The location is excellent, it's connected to Toyama by a bus and a train, the train ride is only 5 minutes into Toyama station. There is a cheap supermarket nearby and places to eat.
The facilities in the guesthouse were impressive, you've got everything you might need. It's really spacious, as well, and I felt very comfortable. The kitchen is especially large and the common areas are convenient. The interior feels very traditional and cute.
Although it looked mostly clean, some of the bathroom smells were questionable. I don't think it's because anything was dirty, but the building seems old so I suppose it can't be helped.
Some of the rooms have glass doors, one of the traditional tatami ones did, so you'll want to be mindful of that.

無料の駐車場があった。
洗濯乾燥機があった。
ベッドは十分快適に寝れた。
スタッフがいない時間帯があり その時間に来た お客さんはどうしたらいいか困っていた。
部屋にバスタオルがあったが2枚とも湿っていて、とても使えない。
