This was an excellent vacation home for a mother and children, including two toddlers, with enough space for all of us to sleep comfortably. The home is well taken care of, and everything you need is basically there, including extra pillows and starter kits for laundry. The beach view is beyond amazing and only a 3-5 min walk. The pool and gym area were in great condition as well. We have been to Destin many times, but this had to be the absolute best location and home we have stayed at. The host was very helpful, communicated well, and responded quickly; there was nothing else we could have asked for. The house is perfect for families. I highly recommend it, and this will be my go-to spot when visiting Destin. We went for a Halloween weekend, and it was close to all the Halloween events, as well as great shopping, Starbucks, grocery stores, and anything else you can think of; this house is at the center of it all. Check-in and check-out were easy. We had no problem finding the property, and there was enough parking in the parking garage and in front of the building.
I loved everything!

The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. The view was amazing. The location was also great.
With the construction going on, they took up ALL the parking with their carts and buckets.

Very convenient location, the apartment was clean and very spacious. It has all the amenities you needed. We also used the pool , which was great because it was inside, after being at the beaches, it was relaxing. Overall, it was a great visit.
We didn’t understand which parking to go to , but when I texted, we got the answer right away. Great job.

The location was perfect, the beach was literally across the street.
I would recommend replacing the mattress for the sofa bed.
