Location is the only thing that gets a good review

Location

The location is good and the rooftop pool looks appealing, but the service here was consistently poor and, at times, outright frustrating. The kitchen was inadequately stocked for two people, with just one glass and one fork provided. When we asked for basic extras, we were told no to an additional glass but yes to a fork, which felt petty and unreasonable. We had to request clean towels more than three times. Each time we were assured they would be delivered, and each time they never arrived. The towels we did have were low quality, and requesting an extra towel to use as a hand towel was met with a flat refusal. The bathroom setup is poorly thought through. There is no shower curtain, so the bath mat becomes completely soaked and unusable. Breakfast on the 7th floor is not worth your time. There are plenty of better options nearby that offer far better quality and value. The lifts are another major issue. They become overcrowded very quickly, and we often waited up to ten minutes just to get one. While the price initially seems good, the lack of service and basic hospitality makes it poor value overall. Guests should not be made to feel uncomfortable or awkward for asking for the bare minimum. I would not stay here again.

Had net iets schoner gekund. Keukengerei was er totaal niet, enkele vork en beker gevonden. Er is geen douchewand, waardoor je wel de halve badkamer nat hebt na het douchen.
