Good location just needs few tweaks

Good location for train station and town as we were travelling to Cardiff for an event

Tv didn’t work as no internet connection The owner needs to provide an information folder on how to operate appliances in the property central heating in bedrooms not working no radiator in the twin bedroom en-suit a few little niggles that they could easily sort and make the experience a lot easier and user friendly nice place as we only slept there really so provided all our needs but would have been nice to have a few board games ect for family entertainment as no TV due to no internet

Rude host, abrupt and unwelcomed

In a good area, clean and tidy

The host was rude as the WiFi wasn’t working and she stopped replying and told me my texts did not help when she was trying to sort it but how would I know as she didn’t communicate to tell me it wasn’t working or she was trying to sort it We had no signal on phones apart from sat in one area or outside the building No WiFi meant the tv wasn’t useable No complimentary tea coffee or sugar provided No towels for shower just hand drying towels provided Felt unwelcome No room for early check in not even for 15mins as we was arriving after 5 hour journey Large group of boys in flat upstairs who were noisy had apparently messed with router box so that’s why our internet never worked but we wasn’t told this till after check out
