Besides the location, which was central to everything and right next to the metro, the 5 small balconies off of every room in the apartment were the highlight. The apartment is on the top floor (with an elevator) and is a corner unit, so you get multiple views, including a panoramic view of the Place de la République and the Eiffel Tower! We've been to Paris 15+ times, and this was by far the best place and views of anywhere we've stayed. Our host was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. We hope to stay there again on our next visit to Paris!!
Ps. The surprise fashion show was an added bonus!
Nothing, everything far exceeded our expectations.
