Nice location, near the park and Supermarket and not so far from the beach. Right at the walking street. Enough space in the living room and bedroom. 2 bathrooms with shower.
2 options to park the car - underground which is narrow and steep drive-in and in front of the entrance, it was always available.
Cold water in both sinks. You wash the face and the dishes with cold water that is so strange, but it is everywhere in Brazil. The shower is electric and only upper position option. Thus, it was a problem to wash baby.
Windows have holes so it was very cold inside. 19-20 degrees and it wasn't nice in the time of visit (10-12 outside). Only master bedroom AC can heat.

o Check-in: solicitei fazer o check-in um pouco antes, a resposta foi de que só seria possível nediante o pagamento de uma diária adicional. Para complicar, o representante responsável pelo check-in chegou quase uma hora atrasado.
