Home have convenience to alot of activities. Very clean. Pictures of the home were pretty accurate.
The doughnuts and wine were an great touch
All pictures of the home and property werent displayed. Narrow and steep driveway for parking. Back yard for uncomfortable with unfinished landscaping and randoms items. The location was not ideal but the surrounding activities didnt intrude on us. A/C was locked, hot days and nights very uncomfortable with fans giving little relief.

Close to everything. House was nice and spacious. The neighborhood was quite with minimal traffic.
Steep hill and steep steps for my elderly family members. Maybe add hand rails to front porch.

He left us donuts and wine to welcome us! So nice! Beautiful kitchen and living room, nice floors throughout, beautiful master suite, nice size closets, everything was well stocked, nice backyard beside the large bricks of stones.
Bathrooms outdated, location was in a ruff part of town, no scenic views, really big hill to climb to get to the property, no railings to all the steps so our family that was older and disabled had a really hard time, some rooms didn't have tvs, walls were damaged and most needed painting, big blue tape on windows with no curtains, lastly 1 room upstairs had ugly cheap comforter and decor and it was 1 of only 2 single bed rooms so expected it to be nicer.

It was infested with Asian lady bugs as well as other insects.
