Tener un trocito de jardín . La tienda al lado. La disposición de Enmanuel para cualquier cosa.
El ruido de los coches, pero es algo normal en Asunción.

Manuel greeted us to check us in and was an amazing host. He helped us find a great Yerba mate place to visit, explained how to use the public buses, and offered fun conversations.
The place is wonderful. Good bed with strong AC/heater. Bathroom is great, hot water. Dining table for 2. Kitchen has the basics for two people to eat. Water boiler, 1 burner stove, microwave.
Area is mostly houses, random high rises. Nice park nearby that requires passport no joke. Biggie Express grocery prices are same as big stores. Biggie can top up Mas/Jaha cards. 2 malls are 10 minutes (they have the same stores in both)
Would come back again!
Only one pan and nothing else so cooking is very light.
