La gestión del check in, no es 24h, es a las 15h , si quieres entrar antes hay que pagar 10$ y en ese caso es a las 12 aproximadamente.
Llegamos de nuestro vuelo a las 6 am y al ver en sus condiciones check in 24h , nuestra intención era entrar y descansar unas horas para luego visitar Quito, pero nos llega un mensaje el mismo día que el check in es a las 15h. Por lo tanto no es 24h.
El uso de la piscina también hay que reservarlo con 24h de antelación, información que no aparece en su descripción.

Apartment clean and modern. No kettle, no toaster and no hairdryer.
There is however an iron, a coffee machine and sandwich maker.
Only one pan. No frying pan.
I had genie discount which was not honoured by the property. I paid in cash and was made to pay the price prior to any booking.com discounts. I was not able to stay in the apartment I booked and had to walk to another apartment block around 8 minutes away at 8pm. The lady kept asking for bank transfer before issuing code to give to security to get keys but I repeatedly said I could not do international bank transfers which is why I paid cash. My price on booking.com with discount was 105 however prior to discount was 118 which was what I had no choice to pay. Its not about the additional money its the principle so please be warned of this.
The pool closed one of my 3 days for maintenance and I couldn't access it other times, I was advised to press bell and security would buzz me in but they could not speak English and would not let me in, I gave up on that it the end.
They would not provide me an invoice as 'they were apparently doing me a favour not charging more money for tax' i was already paying more than booking.com price. I wont book again for this reason and wouldnt advice either.
