Great location and nice staff. Apartment was perfect and well suited to my needs. Excellent location with the bus line right around the corner.

Location, amenities
Lack of cupboards in the bedrooms when only 3 coat hangers were provided. Would have also liked a hook on the back of the bathroom doors to hang clothes when having a shower. Minor things but important.

Excellent location, customer service wonderful
Needed more attention on the cleaning side. Had a musty smell on arrival which required opening door for fresh air. A couple of carpet stain spots that could be rectified by a spot cleaner. The cooking vent when opened our hands were oily, again just cleaning. The smoke detector was hanging from ceiling and the main bathroom shower needs a deep scale clean. These are only minor but unfortunately does rate the property less.
