Avoid This Homestay at All Costs – Full of Scam Tactics"

Only the location was good!

I disliked almost everything about this place. The blankets, bedsheets, and pillows were all old and worn out—I even got rashes after sleeping on them. The sofa was in terrible condition, the dining table chairs were shaky and unstable, and there was no hot water from the heater. Calling the staff was pointless; no one ever picked up or replied. There were only fans in the hall and master bedroom—the other two rooms had none. They had three clocks in the unit, but all of them were broken. The guest bathroom also had a constant unpleasant smell. On top of that, you have to pay a RM150 deposit, and it felt like the furniture, taps, toilet, and utensils were deliberately left in a fragile state so they could easily break and give the owner an excuse to deduct the deposit. **Please take plenty of photos and videos** when you check in and check out. The host apparently tries to scam guests by showing damage from other units (like broken windows or glass) to claim your deposit. If possible, I strongly recommend avoiding this homestay entirely.

Sangat strategik, dekat dengan kh, tersusun, laman ayah man, agroteknologi mardi. Mudah utk ke sana sini sebab semua tempat terutamanya tempat makan mudah diakses

Rumah sedikit berbau. Mungkin faktor material lantai, jadi berbau rumah lama yg ditinggal. Salah satu toilet tak boleh flush, jadi kami betulkan sendiri. Almari yg disediakan juga berbau lama. Tuala yg disediakan jiga tak mencukupi sedangkan masa booking dah dinyakan kami ada 5 org dewasa 2 org kanak2.
