The location is great, as well as the spacious layout and overall design of the apartment. It was very easy to access at any hour. Our flight arrived late at night, so we were happy that we didn’t have to meet anyone to get access.
* The building is very, very noisy. We always had to sleep with earplugs, and we could still hear the neighbours upstairs just talking normally, as well as the cars outside at night. The neighbour downstairs kept banging on our ceiling because the floor is so thin that he could hear us simply walking normally around the apartment. That gave us a bad feeling…
* The big bathroom was very dirty and had a strong urine smell. Luckily, there was another small bathroom we could use instead.
* There is a portable AC unit, but it can only be used with the window open, so it can’t really handle the heat. It was very, very hot during the night.

We liked its location and cleanliness. The design of the apartment was also pleasant.
We had a problem with the air conditioner. The exhaust was not properly placed out of the window therefore it was falling down every time we use the air conditioner. We had to fix that during the night. Also, the communication style of the owner wasn’t pleasant. In the descriptions of check-in and check-out, we felt a “passive aggressive” tone to put the trash out and wash the dishes otherwise they would make us pay 30 euros. We haven’t seen such a service in other stays of us.
