Nearly brand new, excellent location, a quiet off-main street location with on-street parking that was always available out front or a few doors down, super convenient. Wonderful air conditioning (during the heat wave), well appointed with everything needed for a short stay.
No Instructions for Guests in the property. So, no password for WiFi, laundry instructions...and no instructions what to do at checkout (so we bagged trash, gathered linens and left it virtually spotless). My 2 of 4 rating of staff was due to delayed responses and partial answers to my questions. When I messaged the Host (likely a property manager, as I kept asking them to forward all messages to the owner, so he/she could know), it took way too long for a response (such as "What's the WiFi network and Password?"). I never got a response to checkout instructions, but we left it clean like we always do. That said, this was the PERFECT place for our stay and is a property in near-new condition.

It was clean tidy and the location
The apartment was in a great location and was clean, tidy, and well maintained. However, I found it to be overpriced considering the facilities it offered.
One major drawback was that it was on the ground floor. It was impossible to leave the windows open for fresh air because there was a bakery (or a similar business) right outside. Strong cooking and baking smells came into the apartment, making it uncomfortable and difficult to breathe.
I stayed in the city to attend a festival, and I was disappointed that the host was unable to provide even basic information about local transportation, such as how to get to the festival or how to arrange a taxi. As a visitor, I expected at least some guidance about an important event taking place in the city.
Overall, the apartment was clean and conveniently located, but the ground-floor issues, lack of ventilation, and limited assistance from the host made the price difficult to justify.

Posizione centrale, appartamento nuovo, accogliente, pulito, caldo, cucina ben dotata, letti comodi
Purtroppo il nostro sonno è stato disturbato dai rumori notturni del panificio sottostante.
