No parking facilities on site and only informed the night before checking in. They never disclosed this info in booking.com that tenant has to park at Blue Wave hotel next door for an additional charge of RM 25 per entry! Not even per day. This is totally unacceptable when we will surely be driving in and out of the car park multiple times in the day. So by with holding that info until the night before we can’t even cancel the booking. And difficult staff gave us conflicting information and were not helpful. Imagine we arrive late night after a ling journey with luggage and tired family, and we are told no car park on site. Staff asked us to deal with management instead of the agent or owner having to do that. Cause us do much stress and inconvenience. I have never had such a bad experience with other apartments throughout Malaysia. It’s understood that an apartment should come with a free parking lot within its premises.
