The location, the building and it's amenities.
The apartment was very small and we had problems with swage clogged in the shower. We could not take a shower for more than 1 minute and the whole bathroom would flood. They did sent help twice and on the second time someone resolved but we did asked for new towels as we used the towel to clean the wet floor before it leaked on the donwstairs unit. They took 3 days to sent the towels. Not very good replaying and communicating. Also the apartment had every basic appliance but no coffee maker. They did sent a coffee maker 4 days later.
They tried and needs more personal attention.
