Abgezockt!!

Moderne Ausstattung. Netflix. Moderne Waschmaschine. I Mietpreis inkludierte Endreinigung.

Kein direkter Blick auf den See wie auf dem Internetfoto, da die gemietete Wohnung auf gleicher Ebene wie der Parkplatz liegt (die oberen Wohnungen haben Balkone zur Seeseite). Das Internetfoto zeigt eine Terrasse hinter dem Parkplatz,, die in der prallen Sonne liegt. Schöner Ausblick, aber es gibt keinen Sonnenschutz oder Gartenmöbel. Die Terrasse ist auf der Garage des Nachbarhauses, man ist dort sehr exponiert. Der Weg zur Terrasse über ein kurzes Rasenstück ist voller Löcher, die Beleuchtungspfosten funktionieren auf Bewegung, sind z.T. aber umgestossen. In der Wohnung blättert der Verputz von den Wänden, auch im Aussenbereich gibt es unübersehbare Putzschäden bzw. schlampig ausgeführte Installationen. Es gibt neben dem Schlafsofa kein anderes grösseres Sitzmöbel für Fernsehen, d.h. entweder ständig umrüsten oder die auf Dauer unbequemen Tischstühle nehmen. Im Schlafzimmer liegt ein fleckiger Teppich. Es gibt wenig Besteck, die Pfannenwender sind alt und riechen. Bei der einzigen verfügbaren Bratpfanne ist der Teflonboden sehr zerkratzt und aus Gesundheitsgründen nicht mehr guten Gewissens brauchbar. Die bereitgelegten Geschirrtrockentücher riechen. Der Tumbler braucht ewig zum Trocknen, der verfügbare Wäscheständer ist winzig. Die Spülmaschine braucht im Ökomodus sehr lange. Man kann von aussen durch die Eingangstüre hineinschauen,, dies ist bei Übernachtung auf dem Schlafsofa unangenehm. Fazit: Der Preis ist völlig überrissen.
