Cosy and a quiet space close to the park and supermarket. Parking was an additional boon.
We paid for an early checkin, but the space looked like not cleaned, especially cause the wash basin and the bath for one of the bathrooms had clogged drains. Though the staff came to get it fixed, it could have been avoided.

Great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Good location and good size flat. Comfortable.
The flat is not managed well in general.
Owner had to visit as we had no heating or hot water. Got a shower as one was electric. Boiler was reset and then worked.
Bigger issue was the balcony door not been locked and no key anywhere. This was not rectified during our visit. Safety concernd.
Advertised as having a lift but it was out of order but this was not the owners fault but we were not informed and I am disabled.
We washed all the cutlery, pots, glasses and cutlery tray as they were dirty.
All the mirrors are smeared and dusty.
No mattress or pillow protectors.
Plug in ensuite was stuck on closed position. Owner had a look and opened it but it was then left stuck in the open position but a least it could be used. Thermostatic contol was broken on the ensuite towel rail. It was either on or off. I burnt myself on it.
