Clean, good bathroom, comfy beds, short walk from city centre. Off-road parking, very diverse range of local shops. Fridge was a nice touch. Wifi was good.
Hot - lack of aircon - very difficult to cool room down. TV was a bit flaky. Kids who were visiting Akhbar's next door allowed to kick stones around the car park (not the property's fault but rather the kids' parents).

The check-in and check-out instructions were clear. We arrived very late at night and were able to get in without any issues. You could explore the city centre as it is within walking distance or take the bus/Uber for a short ride.
The WiFi and mobile phone connection was quite bad. One night around 11 pm a woman knocked on our door asking for helping her getting some cash from my account her mom would send the money. I don't know if she was a guest or somehow got in
