Missed opportunity - could be a great holiday let, but lacks love and care
It's a lovely old building in a quiet historic village. There's not a lot there, but as long as that's what you want, the location is excellent.
It's very unloved - lots of the advertised amenities are missing or broken.
There are lots of photos in the listing of a well equipped kitchen and room with historic features - but this isn't actually included.
One of the bedrooms is in a separate part of the building with a separate entrance - so not really useable if you have young children.
The kitchen you do get access to is very poorly equipped (eg no mugs).
Lots of things are tatty or broken - swimming pool was cloudy when we arrived. Toilet cistern doesn't work reliably. Electrics hanging out of the walls in some places.
