我们16号早上7点到达酒店，坐了一晚上飞机都很疲惫。酒店前台尽快帮我们解决了提前入住。当然，如果我们提前申请会更好。酒店位置很好，附近去白宫和很多纪念堂，博物馆都可以步行到达。就餐也非常方便，附近选择很多。非常适合家庭入住
酒店大部分工作人员很友善，不够礼貌的很少。

The location and amenities offered at this hotel were outstanding. I would recommend this to anyone who was looking for a long-term temporary stay in D.C. Unfortunately, the staff could've been more kind and welcoming.
The staff's behavior was very cold. When I was struggling with understanding the key fob, I felt as though I was annoying the staff and they were upset that I had asked for help. Aside from a personalized note, I didn't feel welcome by the staff. I was disappointed that their behavior didn't match the rest of the property.... I've stayed at multiple hotels in D.C. and I've never been this upset by staff behavior.
