The property was a perfect size for a couple. A small walk to the beach and the main Agnes Water Center. It was facilitated amazingly, really good value.

Very welcoming and accommodating.
Bed was incredibly good and comfortable.
with no reception, I could not find the property through car navigation. With numbering not clearly visible, I could not find the property.
Zero phone reception and missed many calls. Had to leave the property and seek alternative locations to make business calls which is a shame. (Big Issue in Agnes Waters, not just here at this property)
Car parking was extremely challenging, and it was easier to park on the street.
