Very central to where we wanted to be. Shops close by and within walking distance to Croydon town centre.

My partner and I arrived at the property at 11:30pm after a very disappointing previous one. It was clean and great budget. It was exactly what we were looking for. Comfortable bed and we felt safe.
My partner had to pick up batteries from reception as there was nothing for the tv. There was no way of opening up the blind properly. The room could have done with a fan. My partner struggled with the heat.

the location is easy to access, the price was reasonable and the staff on duty was very helpful and police, flexible and patient.
good customer service. The staff on duty adhere to our request and moved us when requested.
The disabled room needs to be upgraded. I was not happy with the state It looked very distressing and I did not find it relaxing or comfortable.
