Apartment was great and had everything I needed - including a clothes washing machine! Bed was super comfortable. Apartment was nice and clean.
Neighbourhood was a bit noisy, but didn’t bother me - and the host provides ear plugs! People should be aware - The apartment is spread over a few floors with narrow stairs so people with large luggage and/or issues with stairs should be forewarned!

The flat owner's really helpful, quick to answer written messages as well as the phone. The cleaning staff is always on time, and does a marvelous job. All bedsheets, blankets are freshly delivered based on the number of occupants. The flat is a 5 min walk from the tube, and theres also a lovely fish&chips place on the other end of the street. The flat is well equipped, we havent cooked, but we havent found anything that was missing.
The windows on the first floor were cracked in 1-2 places, also if there was a way to keep it open, we couldnt figure it out. The toilet upstairs didnt work, and the one in the bathroom couldnt be flushed more than once , it took 5 minutes to fully charge up. It was probably some maintance issue with the plumbing of the building. The 250£ deposit was mentioned at the very bottom of the page. I think its a fair price for a security deposit, but I also think it would be better if it was highlighted in the booking description as well, because people could easily miss it. London smells much worse than expected, and with the trash outside the street 24/7 its hard to tell when is pick up day.
