Chouette logement propre et bien placé

Très bien placé, propre spacieux et super bien équipé ! Je vous recommande ce logement :) L’arrêt de métro est en bas du logement et vous permet en 5/10mn d’être dans le centre. Les équipements sont nombreux ce qui est rare en AIRBNB.

logement très sale et gestion du problème inadmissible

L’emplacement est bien pour Rouen rive Gauche.

Nous avons réservé cet appartement via Booking.com et notre expérience a été extrêmement décevante. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons découvert un logement dans un état de propreté que nous considérons comme totalement inacceptable pour une location touristique. Le ménage n’était manifestement pas à la hauteur : plusieurs saletés et problèmes ont été constatés dans différentes parties du logement. Nous avons pris de nombreuses photos et vidéos dès notre arrivée afin de conserver une preuve objective de l’état dans lequel nous avons trouvé l’appartement. Nous avons immédiatement signalé la situation et transmis les éléments à Booking.com. Malgré les preuves fournies, nous n’avons pas obtenu le remboursement que nous estimions justifié. Mais au-delà de l’état du logement, c’est surtout la façon dont notre réclamation a été gérée qui nous a profondément déçus. Lorsque nous avons fait part de notre mécontentement, les échanges avec le gestionnaire sont devenus particulièrement désagréables, il nous a bloqué ! Au lieu de chercher simplement une solution à un problème de propreté que nous avions pourtant documenté, nous avons eu le sentiment que notre réclamation était prise comme une attaque personnelle. Nous sommes pourtant restés disponibles et avons cherché à résoudre la situation de manière amiable. Nous déconseillons donc fortement cet hébergement. Au vu de notre expérience, nous invitons les futurs voyageurs à être particulièrement vigilants et à bien vérifier l’état du logement à leur arrivée. Notre avis repose sur notre expérience personnelle et les éléments que nous avons nous-mêmes constatés et documentés.
