Was only a few kilometres walk from a car I had to pick up and drive interstate the following day. It’s been modernised, not too noisy.
I’ve thought about this review for months.
Had to sign some very onerous paperwork, 2 pages of it, condition of stay, didn’t say that in the description. If there was an option and I hadn’t already paid through this app I would have left. Legal paperwork felt very concerning, never had any overnight accomodation experience like that before or since. Took so long for the staff to get the electronic key sorted, which was all technology issues, and get paperwork done, including the pages of legal docs so they gave me the menu to look at while I waited as I hadn’t eaten and said that the kitchen closed in half an hour, but then it closed half an hour earlier than I was told. I couldn’t order anything, so I had to walk 2km to the fast food chain stores. It’s updated/ renovated and clean and that sort of thing, however I wouldn’t stay there again, mostly because of the legal stuff. Felt very oppressive.

Nice clean rooms. Shared bathrooms better than i expected.
Don't go in King Room number 6. The split air conditioning external units are outside your balcony and you can hear them switch on and off and operate all hours. Plus some of the doors shutting are so loud.
